This October, thousands of admission professionals will gather in Minneapolis for the NACAC Conference, and the UK will be well represented. From 8 to 10 October, British Council Study UK USA is bringing together 16 universities from across England and Scotland, alongside a session built for counsellors and a chance to win a grand prize on the exhibition floor.
One pavilion, 16 universities
At the Study UK pavilion, booth 829, you will find representatives from 16 universities across England and Scotland, together with colleagues from UCAS, ready to talk courses, entry requirements, scholarships and everything in between. Whether your students have a firm subject in mind or are simply UK curious, the pavilion puts a genuine spread of options in one place and gives you direct contacts to draw on through the year.

Advising on UK Study: What You Need to Know
On Thursday 8 October, 1.00pm to 1.45pm in the Expo Hall, join us for a practical session for counsellors. In 45 minutes, we will walk through how UK applications work, from UCAS and its deadlines to how offers are made, what a UK degree costs and what funding is available, and how to guide students and families through the process with confidence.
The panel brings together perspectives from across the UK admissions landscape: Sam Piña (British Council, Study UK-USA), Courtney Grange (UCAS), Dr Beth Thomas (Abertay University) and Yasmin Hossain (University of the Arts London). The session closes with open Q&A, so bring your questions.
Collect your passport stamp
Study UK is also a stop on the passport activity run by AIRR-NA, the Association of International Regional Representatives North America. It takes you round the international exhibitors at the conference and runs entirely in your browser, so there is nothing to download. A completed passport enters you into the draw for a grand prize.
